IT has been tormenting you and your friends for days, for weeks but y'all were so scared to confront it. There was nothing you could do to stop that clown, that's what your friends said. But you were tired of that fear, of having trouble sleeping, of living in a hypervigilance mood, or having delusions and nightmares every day.
When your friends and you were near the lake, y'all saw it. Your friends started to run away as the clown was simply standing there with a red balloon, doing nothing but torment you, but you were done. Impulsively you grabbed a rock and throw it towards it, you hit it right in the nose and it gave you a last glance before walking away. You didn't know if you were going to survive this but you followed the clown as it was disappearing into the pipes.
You made no sound as you followed it, the pipes smelled horrible and the water was so dirty, your clothes were stained now and a bit wet, you felt like throwing up but right now your mission was to follow that damn clown and discover the truth for once or ending with it if you were capable.
You saw it walking into a hidden room, it didn't see you fortunately but before getting in, you grabbed a metal tube, to defend yourself just in case. Took a deep breath and open the old-broken wood door.
You didn't saw the clown anywhere, even if the room was small, instead, you saw a man, wiping his nose as he saw himself in a broken piece of mirror. The man was probably around his late twenties or his early thirties, you couldn't know but something in his moves and in his eyes reflecting in the mirror wasn't totally human.
His eyes found you in the reflection before turning his head to stare at you. He was mad, that you realize it immediately but somehow his eyes were also filled with joy, and that's when you felt you weren't going to get out of here alive.
— You followed me. — His voice was deep and low as he never stopped making eye contact and you neither because you were in shock, was him the clown?.
He dropped the mirror to the floor carelessly breaking it into smaller pieces and he started walking slowly towards you. You backed up as you grabbed tighter the metal tube in front of you.
— That won't save you.
In a quick move, he reached you and like your grip was the weakest thing ever, he stole the metal tube from your hands and throw it to the other side of the room. You tried to run away but he pinned you to the wall with one hand in your collar and the other one closing the broken wood door.
