It was your first day at Camp Half-Blood, and you quickly noticed that Cabin 11 was overpopulated with demigods.

The Hermes Cabin housed not only the children of Hermes, but also any unclaimed halfbloods. Not to mention the fact that there were also some claimed children who were the offspring of minor gods that didn't have a cabin built yet. Sleeping bags covered the floor, and each bed was filled with at least two kids. Cabin 11 was filled to maximum capacity.

Safe to say, there was no room for you.

To solve this problem, Chiron moved you into a less occupied cabin: the Hades Cabin. Many demigods steered clear of the cabin because of its dark appearance and generally offsetting aura. Cabin 13 was unnerving—but it was way better than the crowded floors of the Hermes Cabin.

As you push open the doors, a short boy with black hair is sitting on his bed with a deck of Mythomagic cards.

He froze in his tracks, clearly not expecting company, before shoving the cards away and glaring at you.

Chiron probably didn't think to tell the child of Hades that he would have a bunkmate.

"What are you doing here?" The boy says lowly with a light Italian accent, clearly agitated by your presence. His eyes narrow at you.

Oh boy, you hadn't even said anything yet and he already was pissed at you.
