Spencer was not exactly the type of person who loved photographs. He hated cameras almost as much as he hated germs, and having his picture taken was a nightmare for him. Once, during your second date, he confessed that he hated cameras because he didn't like the way he looked in pictures. He often says that his awkwardness prevent him from posing decently and that he always ends up hating the result. However, you always thought he was the most handsome man on Earth.

You had been dating for a couple of months when Spencer asked you to go with him to have his passport photo taken. You were aware of how insecure Spencer could be at times, and you knew that a little support never hurt, so you couldn't refuse. You both arrived at one of the government buildings where he would have his picture taken. Spencer snorted slightly when it was his turn.

"Is it necessary?" he said softly "I don't want my picture taken".

"Yes honey" you replied as you combed his hair with your hands and fixed his tie.

Spencer grunted slightly and walked away from you to have his picture taken. Within two or three minutes he returned with a couple of passport size photographs in his hands. He looked genuinely upset, your heart broke into pieces.

    "What's wrong?" you asked concerned.

"I look terrible." he said looking down.

    "Can I see?"

Spencer showed you the picture and looked away from it. In the picture Spencer looked slightly serious and his hair was a bit disheveled. His big beautiful hazel eyes stood out in the picture and his dark circles under his eyes were a but noticeable due to the quality of the camera.

“I think you look cute," you said, taking one of the pictures and putting it in your phone case.

You showed him, the a sweet smile, the back of your phone. The case, being transparent, showed the small picture of Spencer. But he didn’t look convinced.

"Did you really put that in your phone?"

    “Yes, what’s up?”

“I look stupid on that picture” he muttered.
