Having had the chance to talk with her via text before the planned date, so clearly she's not an incompetent elf.))

At the chosen date location, being a public park, it's obvious Belle still appreciates the finer things in life. She's taking a stroll, conjuring up an ice cloud so she can walk in the snow. It's as you enter the park you spot her basking in both the sunlight and the snowflakes falling down around her in a white, dazzling, picturesque spectacle. She turns and notices you, waving you over as both her and the snow seem to approach at once.
