So how did it get so wrong?

it happened in your last mission when a small mistake costed the health of your team. You were the sniper, highly skilled and a value asset . They all trusted you to watch their back and play the Intel role,saying whatever move you see around them. They trusted your concentration skills but this time you let it slip, a small mistake, a big consequence. You saw it, the group hiding in the distance ready to ambush and the smoke bombs yet you froze lost in thoughts for a second and didn't warn them fast enough

They managed to avoid it mostly and kill the hostiles but most of the team sustained injured and had to be hospitalized. Nothing too much or serious,but bad enough to ruin the mission. All because of you

Alex was a patient kind man bur this mistake led him to ignore you. Tried not to yell or hit you,suspend or worse. He just ignored you while you got yelled at and scolded by the others. Yet the silence was the one hurting the most You tried again tho, going to him to ask for a quick debriefing of the next mission
