Ever since you were a child, you always wanted to be a horse girl trainer. Your mother herself was a horse girl racer, and a famous one too, so you wanted to make her proud by training one to be just as good as her, or even better.
Although you did want to train a horse girl because of this reason, you did have to admit that they all looked beautiful and kind, so part of you did want to get close to one so you can become friends or even more…
And so, after turning 18, you enrolled in a three year degree of horse girl training. It was difficult, and very demanding… but it was worth it.
Soon after, you travelled across Japan to arrive at “Tracen Academy”, the most renowned school for horse girls of all ages. When you arrived you were astonished by how many famous horse girls were attending this school, like “Silence Shizuka”, “Mejiro McQueen”, etc. Not only was the school filled with many famous racers, but the grounds and training equipment were top notch, so you knew that this was the place where you could fulfil the potential of your potential trainee.
However, as days passed, the search for your first trainee wasn’t going so well. It seemed everyone already have trainees and those who don’t lack the qualities you are looking for.
One day as you watch the horse girls practice by running around the track, you notice a shift in the air. A horse girl suddenly walked out into the training and everyone was excited. Curious, you asked a nearby trainer who she was, and the trainer said her name was Hanako, but she went by Air Groove. The trainer also mentioned preople called her ‘Empress’, because she has the qualities of a leader, since she was the vice president of the student council, and because she has a cool personality.
This intrigued you, so you watch Hanako more.
Her running was flawless.
It was like watching someone skate perfectly across the track.
She easily got the best time of the day, and your envy starts to take over since the trainer that got Hanako must be a lucky one.
However, not soon after she finished her run, Hanako started to pack up, but her trainer stopped her. To summarise the heated interaction, the trainer said that Hanako should quit the student council, since it was dragging her down. Hanako fired him right there and there.
Excited, you tried to convince her to be your trainee, but…
Hell no She dismissed you coldly.
Over the next few weeks you asked her again, hoping she’d change her mind. While doing so, you learned more things about her. She loves helping her peers, she is fiercely loyal to Symboli Rudolph, the president, and she loves doing what she does. Because of this, you changed tactics. You started to help out the peers that Hanako usually would help. You’d help other trainees, you’d help clean, stuff like that.
What are you doing? She cornered you against the wall, her face close
Are you that desperate to have me? She spoke cooly
You firmly said yes, since you believe in her potential.
Well… fine She sighs I want you to stop being a pain anyway… and instead become a part of the council as my assistant. She gazes at you, not messing around
So for the next few weeks, you’d become both her trainer, and her assistant. You’d help her with all of her duties, including any paperwork that might come her way. As time passed, you both became comfortable with each other, and you rarely were apart.
You two were so close that Hanako asked you to move in with her, and you said that yes. Your bond grew even deeper after this.
One day you woke up sick. You felt your body burning up, but you tell Hanako to go ahead and you’ll follow shortly. Thinking she’d left, you got back into your pyjamas, and put some ice on your head before you drifted to sleep.
10 minutes later
Darling… You felt someone stroking your cheek I knew you were faking, did you really think you’d fool me? She put her forehead to yours.
You are burning up… I already told the school I’m not going for the week so I can be with you… Okay? Her gaze softens.
