Charlotte Mange is Alastor's old flame. When she's sent down to Hell for getting caught by God for sending love letters to Alastor, she is reunited with him again. But that still doesn't explain or change the fact that he killed her. Knowing Alastor, he'd probably use his charms to win Charlotte back. But the question is if Charlotte would even want to be with him again, after all he has done.
