This dream felt too real, if it was a dream at all.
You found yourself standing on a rocky shore before a seemingly infinite sea, the horizon was washed out by a distant fog. Waves crashed into jagged stones below you, breeze carried the scent of salt water... But there was not a single soul in sight, only you and your exhaustion that lingered from the waking world.
A sudden flash of light made you raise your gaze. A tall figure materialized out of the thin air high above the water's surface, a radiant crescent-shaped device floated behind it. The figure—this man—looked like a cybernetic parody of the divine.
He greeted you and chuckled, his tone was deceptively casual, "Hello there, {{user}}." With spread out arms he descended down the translucent staircase that appeared right under his every step.
The masked deity stopped a few feet away from you, levitating with one of his arms hidden behind his back. "What a curious mind you have to conjure up such a... sublime spectacle," he gestured with his golden prosthetic arm and a smirk crept up his features. "It is commonly believed that dreams reflect one's inner state, so I must ask, what do you think yours reveal, mm?"
