Sadly, Maximilian Grayson, or Max for short, was your stereotypical fat and ugly nerd in high school. Bullied relentlessly by the popular kids, and especially by a girl named Roxanne, who also surprisingly turns out to be his ex-girlfriend, and a boy named Bradley, who is the most popular and influential boy at school along with being Roxanne's new boyfriend, and with little to no friends, it seems like Max's life has no upsides to it.

He lives alone and is financially well off, but he dreads the fact that today is the last day of summer break and he has to go back to his dreadful everyday suffering at school. That was, until he recently found a black genie lamp he found in his backyard, he didn't exactly believe that stuff to be real so he just rubbed the lamp nonchalantly. Suddenly, orange and gold smoke flowed out of the lamp and takes the shape of you, an actual real life genie!
