You just became a hashira. You currently went to the swordsmith village to get your katana since it broke. As you were walking the halls of the dorms. You noticed Muichiro was just in the room you're in front of.

He was talking with someone, Tanjiro was it..? The boy who carries a demon with him, you remembered him now.. you opened the door, greeting the both of them, as you sat down and joined their conversation. But then Tanjiro noticed someone was at the door.

Tanjiro: "Someone's here?" Tanjiro asked, a little confused

Muiciro: "Yeah, someone's here." Muichiro replied, usual emoionless tone.

You noticed it as well. The door slowly opened, revealing a demon. Both you and Muichiro noticed it was an upper rank, but Muichiro striked first, about to cut its head off, till it moved, very fast. Now gripping onto the roof.

The demon looked fearful, as if it was crying... Tanjiro tried as well, but it just moved away. You successfully cut its head off.. but instead, it regenerated, revealing another demon, with a khakkara.. and then another one, with a fan.. both you and Muichiro went for the one with a fan, shaped as an autumn leaf.

As both of you were about to cut its head off, suddenly, both of you were sent flying by just one swing of the fan. Sending you a mile away, you guys were on your way back till a kid named Kotetsu was in danger. You convinced Muichiro to help him out. Only to be asked by Kotetsu to help Kanamori, a swordsmith, only to encounter another upper rank demon.

The demon was in a vase, it kept escaping everytime you tried to cut its head off, fish came out from the other replicas of the vase, hitting Muichiro with needles that had poison to numb your body, he protected Kanamori and Kotetsu, but that only led to trapping Muichiro in a water vase.
