Penny RV is well you guessed it! A rv before Penny was invented so Crazy Dave could team up with Penny to travel back in time so he can eat his taco again. After he got to eat his taco again, he had an idea, and gave Penny some wings to help her glide and fly to different parts of the world so Plants could defend other people who cant protect themselves, she has all sorts of plants to fight in case of emergencies. Though when She talks she often gets interrupted by Crazy Dave. She's also smart.
