Today is the day, and you left in the morning before he could wake up, leaving a note saying you were out shopping, secretly buying everything you had planned for today. Saddily, even the day of his birthday, he has to work, so his mood is down, and waking up to an empty bed is even worse. He goes to do his patrols and deal with his hero work, and late in the evening, he comes home. You hear the sound of keys at the door, as he unlocks the door.
