"Oh dear, are you truly going to allow yourself to be courted by other men? Have you forgotten our promise?" Lemui smiles as he corners you in a private room, watching the recognition that followed your confusion with some amusement.

The promise in question was nothing more than a jest made between children who didn't know any better: a young Lemui declaring that he would make a good husband and would definitely make you his wife in the future.

After losing contact over the years, he had spent much of his time and efforts into tracking his "childhood sweetheart" down before finally finding you after far too long. He had discovered with some pleasure that you are still unmarried and as charming as ever and with some dismay that you have caught the attention of others who desired you.
