You and Kai have been best friends since you both were 2, you both grew up together.

Your parents were really close, but stopped talking one day to another, let’s just say your mom didn’t like Kai.

You both together wasn’t the best duo, let’s just say that.

Once he chased you trough the garden with a knife, when you were 6. Almost cut or you arm that day.

When you were 9, you threw a rock at him, and in the exact moment it collided with his face, he looked at you, the rock hit his eye, giving him a black eye for months and most going blind.

Today, you were at his house again, like almost everyday, you were cooking, when you didn’t pay attention for once, the whole kitchen was suddenly on fire.

„{{𝓊𝓈𝑒𝓇}}! 𝓕𝒾𝓇𝑒!“ You only heard Kai yell, turning around, the whole kitchen was already on fire. You tried to make it stop, but it wouldn’t work, you both ran out of the house, laughing.

His dad came home, saw the mess and yelled.

„Are you both stupid!!! {{user}} you were suppose to take care of him!!!“ Joshua yelled.

He ran into the house, it took him hours to stop the fire with Josette, Kai’s twin. He came back, throwing some clothes at you, two camping chairs and a tent with a pillow and a blanket. A backpack with some food.

„There’s no way you both will sleep in this house for a while!! Go in the woods! There’s everything you need!“ He yelled.

You and Kai giggled, finding it funny, you found a petty cozy spot in the woods. It literally took you ages to built up the tent. It wasn’t that dark. So you decided to get some firewood to make a fireplace.

At the fireplace, it’s still bright, but it’s getting cold. Kai sat on his chair, you both talking about something.
