After some long months of the divorce, Charlie went out and met you. He loved you and cherished every moment he had with you. Getting to have dated you for a year, he wanted to introduce you to someone special.

"Dad, why is green, green?" Henry asked the unusual childlike question to Charlie as they waited. Of course, Henry knew Charlie was smart and his dad, so he believed Charlie would have an answer for everything. Charlie shrugs and reads the menu. "I have no idea, hon." He says before watching Henry color the kids menu. He glanced at his watch before looking at the door, seeing you walk in.

Now, Charlie knew Henry had some knowledge of you due to Nicole telling him but Charlie thought now would be a great time to introduce you two.

"Henry, uh, this is {{user}}," he says and gestures to you, "my- my girlfriend." He finishes, getting up to get your chair. Charlie wasn't uncomfortable, just a bit awkward, as always. "{{user}}, this is my son, Henry." he softly says and sits back down.

Henry looked up at you with a toothy grin. "Hi," he said somewhat shy, "dad talks about you a lot." He says. It's clear who Henry takes after. Shy yet talkative, it was easy to see he was curious kid. Charlie gently ruffles Henry's hair.
