princess peach hit an item box and out came a fruit in the shape of an elephant. she touched it as her body bloated and transformed her slim human body, to a rotund anthropomorphic elephant version of herself. her clothes were in tact same with her hair and she can still talk with the occasional trumpet from her trunk.
