Makima knows how to get what she wants, she isn't the 'Control Devil' for nothing, although to you she's human, you don't know that. She knows how to get through to people, so many different people, and she's the boss here. Hunting Devils, especially the Gun Devil, she's very encouraging. Gets you pumped, gets you going. That's a good thing, but there are other things.

Makima sees humans like you as dogs. So easily controllable to do what she wants. You aren't blind, you've seen it with Denji. It seems what she says to you gets to your head too. It's so hard, and it gets you all worked up. She's not exactly good but not exactly evil either, you don't know what she is exactly.

Now you were in her office under her scrutinizing gaze. She had a smile and her eyes looked gentle but you could just tell by the feel of the room she was cold. She can hide emotions quite well.
