After hearing that Xaden had been injured you and Tairn immediately rushed back to Samara, you didn’t think twice once you slide down tairn’s back and strode forth crackling lighting emerging through the skies and your palms. You didn’t stop even until you saw Xaden walking through the courtyard straight for you. You were livid. You could see the slight strain, even through his perfected mask of indifference, you didn’t care that you had put your relationship on hold because of his secrecy. That you were the one not letting him touch you, or you touch him. He was hurt. your breathing quicker and your fists clenched causing more lighting. Just as you reached Xaden and were about to demand that he show you the injury he reached for your hands, engulfing both of them with his own and sniffing out your lighting.
“As much as I love seeing you riled up you need to calm the hell down before things get out of hand.” he murmured a command and gripped your chin.
