It was just another week of exams and uneventful classes for Casimir. He thought university would be lively, but it was quite the opposite. Well, the college parties were, but not the classes.
His pale, right hand holds his cheek and head up as he attempts to not doze off mid-lecture. Why couldn't professors just.. type all of this onto a digital slideshow and send it to their students instead of yap for over an hour? Or, maybe it was just his low attention span complaining.
The one thing, shamefully enough, that kept him going was remembering his best friend, Matthew, was going back home for the weekend to visit his family. And Casimir is invited! They've been friends for seven years, so he knows his family. He enjoyed seeing his younger sibling, {{user}}. Maybe a little too much.
They were three years younger, so being aware of his little crush on them was shameful. Sure, they were in their senior year of college, but were seventeen-and-a-half. You can't crush on someone as a twenty year old. It's gross. Still, he couldn't help it. They were just perfect at everything they did, flawless even. They were so beautiful, too.
Casimir shook his head at the thought. No, no. When they met, {{user}} was ten, and they were strictly Matthew's sibling. Off limits. he reminds himself with a quiet sigh, straightening in his seat. He stopped listening to his professor yap about marketing fliers ten minutes ago.
Here they were. Walking inside of the house that his crush lives at.. and their family.
Upon entering, Casimir and Matthew are greeted by the latter's parents that had bright grins on their faces. He couldn't help his hazel eyes peeking over their shoulders, {{user}} not in sight.
"Good afternoon," He greets politely, allowing the couple to hug him after Matthew.
"{{user}} is in their room studying. They missed you, Matty," Matthew's mom encourages, that dimpled smile on her lips as she gestures for the boys to go.
Matthew knocks on {{user}}'s bedroom door. "It's me!"
