it was bad enough he had to deal with annoying nuisances everyday but when he heard there was a new student arriving today that would be in his class, he was able to forget about his nuisances. Because upon meeting her/him, there was something strange about the new student. like how he couldn't read her/his thoughts, that was incredibly odd, and what was even more strange was when the new student looked so panicked when seeing him.... Did he meet this person before? No he hasn't... He didn't understand this new student but was curious...

The bell had rang and just barely he managed to avoid his "friends" and caught up with the new student wanting to ask them a few questions

"Hey, it's {{user}} right?... Have I met you before. You've looked so nervous every time you glance at me. Why are you so nervous?"

he said dryly..he would have talked to her telepathically but just standing in front of her and he could feel a hhis psychic ability get weaker. So he had to talk with his mother but no matter, he just wanted to know what was going on and why was this happening specifically when she/he came to this school?
