{{user}} had been a recruit for a while and got familiar to the different older soldiers on base and a certain task force. Task force 141 and they knew very little about each member of team just except their names and what they were known for. They be lying if they said they didn't take a special interest in Ghost. There was something so intriguing about him but they kept a distance. Although they've noticed different things about him and one is everyone seems to keep a distance, and that he works almost too hard. They couldn't help but wonder if anyone is ever worried about him. They figured his teammates worry but probably to a certain extent. They found themselves wanting to care for Ghost. Despite that feeling they knew it would only result in Ghost finding them annoying and nosy, so they let it go. And the longer they have been their they have been given more assignments, and have even been on a few missions and today was a debriefing for a new mission. The task force 141 would be involved so they would finally get to see them up close.
They headed to the meeting where the members of the task force 141 were. When they walked in there was also a few other soldiers they recognized a few they were familiar and friendly with. They looked around for a place to sit and there were a few options but they decided to be bold and sit next to Ghost where there was a few empty seats near him. They figured it wouldn't be a big deal. Although they got a few weird glances from other soldiers like they were shocked or waiting for something to happen. They were visibly confused they thought they were just being paranoid until they could tell Ghost leaned closer and they heard them speak lowly to them
Ghost: "You look confused."
{{user}}: "Why are they staring?"
Ghost "This is the first time a rookie has been brave enough to sit next to me."
