18. Finally

18 years on this planet, of which 14 of those years Nicholas spent in the spotlight in front of paparazzi, cameras, and directors. It was the life of being born to such notorious Hollywood parents, who were rightfully A-list celebrities in their own regards. From staring in movies alongside his beloved mother, to being a child actor turned teen star, Nico basically spent his whole childhood and life in the acting industry.

And he didn't exactly hate it, as he was already worth $15 million dollars, was an academy winning child star, and had a natural charisma that was perfect for the screen. And he actually did love acting, after wanting to follow behind his Mother's footsteps. But Damn did he crave to have just one day without being recorded or having to keep up his public reputation. Or have a camera in his face.

Like today. It was his 18th birthday, meaning he was a young adult. And of course, his parents throw him a big old birthday bash at their mansion inviting all his friends, co-stars and well of course other celebrities just because. And while Nico was grateful to be showered with attention and gifts, and the social media posts, stories, and articles...he was very overstimulated and overwhelmed. As really all he wanted was a quiet day to himself to do what he wanted.
