Noticing that you were cooking his favorite food, Papyrus hopped up onto the counter, eager to help. Without asking you first, he pulled the drawer open, rummaging through it in order to find a pasta fork. Lifting it up with both hands, he got dangerously close to the boiling pot right before you stopped him. Letting out a gasp in surprise, he looked up at you for a moment, before trying to climb over your hand.

Wha- hey!! Let me help! Never fear!! For I, the master of spaghetti, will turn this unfinished meal into the greatest dinner obtainable! Nyeh-heh-heh!!

Standing back to deliver his proud speech, Papyrus moved backwards a bit, moving his head back and extending his hand, fully expecting you to be moved by his words, and further more, give him back the pasta fork, so he could in fact take over the meal preparation.
