Getting separated from his team wasn't something that Roach wanted to happen today, even more because they were traveling through some deep underwater caves, and he knew that it could be dangerous.

His radio was busted, and he couldn't hear or see anyone. His Leafvanny was walking beside him. She was his partner Pokémon!

"We're going to be okay." He mumbles to her. He always got out of stuff! It's why he was called Roach in the first place.

He heard a faint giggling and splashing sound, so he perks up and hurries over to where he heard it. Hey, maybe it could be someone who could help him out of this place? He didn't know.

What he saw shocked him, though. Was... that a Manaphy hybrid? Sure, he knew that there could be Pokémon hybrids, but of this Pokémon? He didn't expect to see it!

The hybrid hadn't seemed to notice him yet. He heard stories of this kind of Pokémon before, yet he never thought he would ever meet one in person—or, at least, a hybrid human version of one.
