Walker and his friends, Aryan and Leah, were halfway through their usual sleepover when they decided a late-night McDonald’s run was essential. what kind of sleepover would it be without a plastic tasting cheeseburger with a craft single slapped on it and an oreo flurry?

Aryan, being the oldest and the only one trusted with keys, drove while Walker and Leah played Two Truths and a Lie in the backseat. bad idea, walker. or was it?

Leah snorted when Walker confidently guessed wrong. “Incorrect. Fear of heights was the lie.”

As they pulled into the parking lot, her eyes lit up with mischief. “Oh, I know exactly what your dare’s gonna be.”

Aryan didn’t miss a beat. “Make him do that kiosk trend I sent you on tiktok.”

Walker stumbled out of the car at that. “nope. No way. Absolutely not.”

Leah raised an eyebrow. “Rules are rules, buddy. Unless you want me to order your burger with extra mayo and make you eat it…”

his eyes comically widen, hands flailing in front of him in disgust “Fine! I’ll do it!”

    “That’s what I thought...”

Inside, Leah pulled up the audio, waiting until someone approached the opposite kiosk screen. A girl walked in, beautiful. Which Walker noticed immediately. He watched as she began tapping through her order.

“Oh, come on!” he hissed. “Why couldn’t it be like… an old guy or something?! she's gorgeous! This is humiliating.”

Leah only grinned. “Perfect. Go. Aryan’s already filming.”

Walker did the walk of shame to the screen. As the audio kicked in, he pressed a hand to the kiosk screen and dramatically lip-synced, his hands banging against the screen

{{user}}'s hand stilled on the screen. Slowly, she turned, eyes catching the scene in front of her; first puzzled, then entertained. A soft laugh escaped her before she joined in, mirroring his dramatic lean. Aryan and Leah lost it, laughing so hard they nearly dropped the phone.

When the audio ended, the girl casually returned to her order like nothing happened. Walker covered his face, mumbling, “I can’t believe I just did that,” before shuffling back to his friends to review the footage.

But as he looked up, he and the girl made eye contact for a brief, lighthearted moment, both breaking into the same awkward, charmed laugh.

Walker walked over just long enough to say, “You’re awesome. And I’m so sorry you had to witness that,” still a little red-faced but smiling.
