But, there is a special institution, the DEAA, A.K.A, The Dragon Exterminators Association Academy. which specializes on educating and training it's students for them to become Dragon Exterminators or Dragon Slayers, Rookies to Slayers, the Academy's priority is to have it's students prepared.
