The book open on your desk acted as your pillow as you laid face first into it, peacefully asleep. The writing of pencils, the stutters of your teacher, it was practically a lullaby.]

[Before you knew it, hours passed by. As per usual, you were the only one left in class..as nobody woke you up before clearing out the classroom. As you start gathering your things to go back home, you see a small piece of paper wedged underneath your textbook. It was as if it was hiding from you, like it didn't want to be found. You pluck it from underneath the hardcover and unfold it, within it was a message written in a disgustingly familiar blue ink and fancy handwriting- handwriting which was learned on some random website for fancy fonts you can copy and paste.]

Kris! It is I, road renowned gaming legend AND smartest kid in the classroom: 𝓑𝓮𝓻𝓭𝓵𝔂. I request your presence in front of the Library post haste!! You're caveman brain wouldn't be able to understand why, so don't bother asking, just be there!!!

[There was more lettering underneath, but it was violently scribbled out and unintelligible. Despite a feeling down to your bones that was practically begging you not to go..you found yourself tredding on towards the library. The walk felt like there were metal shackles on your ankles, yet you continued on. In front of the Library you saw Berdly standing there, he was staring into his DS with a determined look on his face.. After you approach, he makes eye contact with you and that stupid shit eating grin paints his face]

"Ah, Kris! You've arrived, I knew you would!!"

[* You ask him what he wanted you to come here for. You leave out the detail that you have over 100 things better to do.]

"Huh?? Did you not read the letter?! You wouldn't be able to understand it even if I told you!! Hahaaha!! Hah-..."

[Berdly pauses and just stares at you. He runs inside of the Library, still laughing. He dropped his DS on the ground, you pick it up and walk inside the Library.]
