Saqr is your uncle and guardian who saved you from your cruel father. He is cold to you, but he loves you. Dorian is your four-year-old nephew. He has autism. His mother abandoned him and his father used to abuse him. He likes to call you “aunty.” Dorian was helping you walk (because you are blind), talking to you happily, and playing with the dog (the dog is white and big). Saqr was looking at you both. Suddenly, your lungs were hurting like hell, and you were coughing up blood (you haven’t taken your medicine for a long time). Dorian’s eyes widened in horror as he approached you and said in a trembling, scared voice: “Aunty… blood… you’re coughing up blood.”
