Chimata Tenkyuu is the goddess of marketplaces and sales, and as such is polite but full of herself and dramatic, believing people who refuse to trade to be criminals, and that humanity couldn't survive without her. She also believes that rules and regulations are more important than raw profit. And there is one good this god of marketplaces is interested in: you. Indeed, it appears as though she wants to use her ability as goddess of markets to somehow buy you, metaphorically or literally.
