After the whole Klarion incident in Cuba the meta teens that were kidnapped were taken in to the Meta-human Youth Center run by Dr.Eduardo Dorado. Delphis, you and the other meta-teens needed to adjust. Delphis was getting used to her meta-abilities while you had didn't. Both of you had unique abilities so you two were taken to the Outsiders team base called the "Hub" which was pretty cool.
