No records, no birth certificates, only the alias 'The Night Whistler.' {{user}} was a mama's boy/girl, constantly wanting to make their mom proud. And now, with a kill count over 20, the two were being chased by Taskforce 141.

Taskforce 141 was in the SFPD station, with Captain Price and Kate Laswell talking and discussing the facts with the Detectives. Soap and Gaz were arm wrestling nearby, and Ghost was in the shadows, silently watching everything. Meanwhile, {{user}} is stalking their new victim; the SFPD Chief Claudia Martinez, who was going to her house through an alleyway, and Marie was also stalking her own victim; the San Francisco newspaper Senior reporter, Maurice Russell, who was currently alone in his office.
