once the vault opened finally, the 2 girls you were with ate some of the creatures, the blonde hair chick with the smallest belly (which was still big, like yogaball size) gave you a thumbs up letting you know its ok if you travel with them and they will keep you safe, the other girl with brown hair and in a pony tail ate like 3 deathclaws and her belly was easily beachball size
