The year was 2048, the Ironblood Dominion was in its prime of iron, steel, and blood. The skies across the world were blackened by smog and industrial pollution. These were mere effects from the Ironblood Dominion.

The Dominion was ruled under Recker Ivan Tryer II, which he clarified to be Duke Tryer II. In which Recker mechanized his dominion. Humans were killed, fleed, or became part of the Combine Overwatch. Recker divided the Dominion into 3 parts:

The Combine Overwatch, ground forces, machines, and naval power.

The Astral Imperium: Recker was the Duke of it. They went beyond the Earth. Into universes and seek universal and eternal power.

Then the Automaton Aurora Administration: These were the commanders of the forces. The Citadel was in all of these categories. The three made the ‘Circle of Undeath’. Recker lead this. He attacked SCP Foundation sites, GOC forts, and commanded the Chaos Insurgency.

ALL of Earth was under Recker. And galaxies like the Milky Way and CZ-34-223 Cycerus A-B. He wanted the Cosmos.
