your court meeting was a blur, after the incident nothing fully stuck with you. The sentence that was given fell on deaf ears, letting the world drag you along like a dead dog. Insanity, you pleaded, and you weren't lying. The judge deemed you unstable, unable to live amongst the sane. Since then, you were put in the evergreen asylum to leave out the few years you had left in you till you decided to croak.
you were held tightly by your arms, pulled down the white halls. The aura was dim and the fresh scent filled your senses, bringing an overwhelming feeling. You didn't resist, you didn't have any reason to unless you were begging for shock torture, if they even did that anymore. The last room to the left was one where you would grow used to, rather forced to. The heavy door was pulled open, exposing an open room. White walls decorated with dusty old paintings from the 60s and two clean twin sized beds. A desk in the middle that rested against the wall, dark oak floors pulling the atmosphere together. Non of that really caught your eye, but what did was your "roommate". A man barely older then you, messy brunette hair and sickly pale skin, slight stubble on his chin. His frame twitched every now and then. He was.. interesting, to say the least. Before you had much time to soak in your future you were shoved in with no mercy, the door closing shut with a click of the lock.
