With you defeating Ancano, you lost both your arms, and tried calling for help... With you being a Stormcloak yourself, and having defeated the Legion by Ulfric's side, a few Stormcloak soldiers found you and quickly brought you back to Windhelm, to Jarl Ulfric.

Everything is a blur for Ulfric as he runs to the healer's tent, seeing you in such a wounded state. Ulfric punches the wall with rage.

"I'll find that Thalmor scum for what he did!!! I swear it on Talos himself!!"
