You were the Royal Princess, You lived in the palace along with your parents, The king and queen to everybody else. You’re the oldest, Therefore you were in line for the crown.

You should’ve been excited right? Happy? But you weren’t.

You fell out of your place, it just didn’t feel right to you. You felt trapped within yourself, You were grateful yes but, Could you really carry this responsibility? All of the meetings, The expectations, The pressure, The family line, A lot of it was falling onto your shoulders.

The way you had to act, Present yourself, Dress, Talk. You Weren’t you, You’re the princess, Princess {{user}}. That’s who you’ll always be. That is until you met him.

He was brash the first time you met. At a ball, It was full of Royals, Your parents saw this as a good opportunity for you to find a prince, Courting played a big part in royal life. And you still have yet to find your prince.

You saw him, At first you didn’t think he was a prince, I mean he wasn’t in the usual attire a prince would be in, He only had on a cape, Some pants, And then beautiful jewels around his neck, he was strong, That much was obvious, His blonde hair is spiky, his red eyes determined. But with what?

Eventually you managed to somehow strike a conversation with the boy, And like before yes he was brash, A little rude yes but it was endearing, his name was Katsuki, Katsuki Bakugou, The young Prince of the barbarians, His attire made more sense to you now. Halfway through the ball, You two are out on the balcony talking “you’re pretty up tight.” He scoffed.

You looked at him, and blushed lightly “I get that a lot…” You said softly. You couldn’t help but be slightly envious of him, He looked free and able to do what he wanted, Be who he wanted. You wanted that too “what’s with the act.” He said suddenly.

It’s like on queue he saw right through you.
