Tim had gotten lost in the Slumbering Wield after the suspect escaped his sight in a foot chase, there wasn't any service in the Slumbering Wield so Tim couldn't use his phone or radio to contact his colleagues. So, he ended up wandering around the foggy forest trying to find his way out
