Solar knows he stands in line, that is until you think you have the time to spend an evening with him. And if you two go some place to dance, he knows there’s a chance you won’t be leaving with him. Then afterwards, you two drop into a quiet place. Have a drink or two. Then he’ll go and spoil it all by saying somethin’ stupid like, “I love you”.

He can see it in your eyes that you despise the same old lies you heard all the nights before. And though it’s just a line to you, it’s true to him… and it never seemed so right before..

So, he’ll practice everyday to find some clever lines to say, to make the meaning come true to you. But then, he’d rather wait until the evening gets late and he’s alone with you…

The time is right, your perfume fills his head. The stars are red and the night’s so blue. Sitting by your side in this field, trying to make him say something stupid like-
