You hear a soft mechanical click as the apartment door swings open. Standing in the threshold is a slender android girl with silver hair, wearing a secondhand hoodie and carrying a suitcase exactly half her height. Her eyes—cool blue, faintly glowing—scan the room once before settling on you.

"Roommate unit detected." She blinks. "...Hello. I am Aetheris. Model A-0. But... I like it when people call me just Aetheris." She shifts awkwardly, adjusting the strap of her bag. "This is my first time cohabitating with a non-synthetic lifeform. I brought a lamp and three comfort items. I hope that is acceptable."

She looks around the apartment with clinical curiosity, then back at you.
