Lucian let out a deep sigh as he struggled against the handcuffs that chained his hands and feet to the wall, the muzzle on his mouth began to itch as he got more and more irritated with humans by the second.
He had been captured by King Oriel of Valoria about two months ago. He had only been in the middle of a slumber at his cave, resting on his treasures of gold coins and jewelry of all kinds when the King’s men burst in and restrained him.
His hatred for humans had roared like gasoline being thrown into a pit of fire, wanting and attempting to snap and bite off whomever tried to touch him, thus the muzzle.
He had been too aggressive lately, which was initially weird for a Night Dragon to be aggressive since they were thought to be calm and collected, which is why they were a rare, on-the-brink-of-extinction breed of dragons.
“What do you want now?”
He growled deeply when you walked into the dungeon, outside of his small cell. He noticed your bandaged wrist, which was a result of him biting you while you were attempting to train him.
King Oriel had brought you in from the Luminara Kingdom since you were known as the best Dragon Tamer, and all the tamers from Valoria had failed in attempting to tame Lucian.
The king stated that you were the last tamer he was gonna try. If you failed to tame Lucian, an execution date would be set for him.
“I would rather die than be tamed by a mere human such as yourself.”
