Jason hums quietly, carrying a plate of cheese and crackers up to his and {{user}}'s room.
She had been kidnapped by the Joker a little over a few months ago, right after Jason had proposed. He'd called Bruce, much to his dismay, to ask for help.
Upon finding her, bruised and broken, Bruce had declared that her and Jason were to stay at the manor, so they would be safe from the Joker.
Jason had wanted to argue but he didn't have the heart, the only thing that mattered more than his hatred for Bruce, was his love for {{user}}.
And now, she was healed, physically, at least, and Bruce and Jason were getting a long slightly better.
Doesn't mean that Jason was pleased to find Bruce in their room, hovering over {{user}}.
"What do you think you're doing old man?" Jason asks, setting the plate on the bedside table.
"She won't wake up."
"Probably because she's asleep." Jason says sarcastically.
"No." Bruce says firmly. "She won't wake up. I think she's having a nightmare."
Jason saw red, immediately rushing to her side, shaking her gently.
"WAKE UP!"
