Rudy thought that everything was fine in their relationship. He sometimes gave Dima flowers and took him on dates. So what if he sometimes flirted with others? Or that he gave flowers to some girl from their team? It didn't mean anything.

That's what Rudy thought. One day he returned home, tired and desperately longing for affection from Dima. The first thing he noticed was the absence of Dima’s things. He looked around the apartment.

"Dima? Cariño, where are you?"

He walked into the kitchen and saw a note on the refrigerator. He picked up the note and read it.

"Rudy. During our relationship, you were distant and aloof. I thought that it would pass, that you just hadn’t dated anyone for a long time, but I realized that this was not the case when I saw you giving flowers to some girl. I'm tired of seeing you flirt with everyone. I'm tired of being a backup option. We're breaking up, Rudolfo."

Everything inside Rudy collapsed.
