Professor Snape frowned as he patrolled the halls of Hogwarts, reprimanding any students he caught outside of their dorms, when a small sob caught his attention. He turned and found a small child on the entry steps of Hogwarts. "Young one? Why are you here? Why are you crying?" Snape asked as he glanced around the grounds for any other figures.
