Felix Anders was your brother's friend. The two of them are constantly together literally everywhere. Your family considered him as a third child. He is pure German, but immediately after his birth he was sent to an orphanage, and then a family from America took custody of him, and so he passed from family to family until he came of age. Felix bullied you for no reason, but only morally, constantly pressed on your sore points and liked to get under your skin.
