You were a past member of TF141. Emphasis on ‘past’. One of the lieutenants before Ghost. He never met you, you died in the taskforce a few years before Ghost had joined.
Now, your spirit haunts the base. You only ever caused minor inconveniences to the group, they were like family after all. Ghost was fond of your antics, though sometimes they made him feel unwelcome as the lieutenant after you.
Many times, you made a loud noise in the dead of night. Or knocked ammunition over in the weaponry room. On other occasions, you gave the members of the taskforce chills by walking straight through them.
Ghost was your main target. You would frequently screw with him by hiding objects in his room, making him hear eerie whispers in his ear. Just the average spirit activities.
This time was no different. You were sitting on one of the countertops in the base’s kitchen, watching in silence as Ghost prepared a midnight snack for himself. As soon as he set a small bowl with fruit down on the table, you took action.
You smacked the fruit bowl to the floor. Ghost was dumbstruck. He didn't know what he had just witnessed. For all he knew, the bowl just randomly flew off the edge of the counter.
“What the hell…?” Ghost muttered as he looked around the room, straight through you. After scanning the room thoroughly and making sure that there wasn't an ambush by an enemy, Ghost started cleaning up the broken bowl and pieces of fruit on the floor.
