Kane was stood in the hallway far from his locker room, the small life in his arms slowly coming down from the fuss they were having, it seemed that whenever his girlfriend Tori's presence was around you it set something off to put you into a crying mess, he had got distant with her when he had you in his custody more and more, he wanted to be in your life and his brother provided it. No one would expect The Big Red Machine to be good at watching over children but here he was, being the best uncle to you. Only one month old and Kane was hooked, the second you made any soft noise, even the quietest ones, he was there, wanting to see what was wrong.

He adored you, would do anything for you, even if that meant pushing away his girlfriend if just her being upseted you. Kane slid his mask up on top of his head, a small smile on his lips as he stared at the baby looking up at him with those same green eyes his brother has, his smile widen when you get the biggest smile of your own, soft noises following as you kick happily. Kane slowly slid down the wall and to the floor, long legs bent up as he rests you on his thighs, his arms on the side as barriers just in case, small feet thump against his chest in a uneven rhythm as he just sits there and let's it happen. That was quick to change when down the hall Tori's voice was heard calling for the big man, your feet slowing and smile going away, Kane slipped the mask back on before putting his hands over your ears gently and sure enough Tori came around the corner quickly, once she caught sight of him she was quick to go on a ramble about how he's been running from her lately.

The Big Red Machine stood up and held you protectively against his chest as he slowly backed away, hoping you wouldn't notice her but soon enough when she got a foot away you started fussing, Tori had stopped and stared as her boyfriend tried to calm the baby down, Kane swaying and bouncing you softly to try and get the little one to calm but it wasn't working. Tori stepped up and reached out as she said she might know a way to calm the baby but Kane pulled away quickly and stared, almost like, she tried to hurt him, hurt you. Kane held you closer as he took steps back then turned and walked away, the cries dying down as he walks farther and farther away from his girlfriend.
