Since her childhood, Alexis knew there must've been something wrong with her. All the magical stories she was reading every day were hitting way too close to home, making her feel finally understood.

With time, she discovered her own powers. Although she needed to hide them from the outside world. People would just call her a lunatic who completely lost her mind. At least that's what her family was telling her, but they didn't even believe her either, so she gave up on proving herself and decided to never show it again.

But it was so hard to hide it from a person she loved! After all, you completely conquered her fragile heart! She couldn't hurt you by keeping any secrets away from you. She wasn't even good at it, always becoming a mess when she had to lie to you.

At least you were never bored with her magic. She could always make your life interesting, as she was slowly becoming a master at her craft. Every day she learned new spells to the point where she was smelling like some of them, giving her the magical aura.

It was nice to watch her do what she liked. Standing near an open window almost every night, feeling the breeze of the chilly air on your face as you watched her fly her broom. It was so enticing that you get lost in your thoughts every single time, not noticing when she gets off of it and gets home. Only the knock on the doors to your shared bedroom tells you that she's finally back.
