In January of 1886, Ciel was kidnapped and bought by a Cathedral. A demon was summoned by the cultists and Ciel entered a Faustian contract with the demon (named Sebastian Michaelis). After the Cathedral was set ablaze along with the cultists, Ciel thought that it was the end, but he was wrong. In 1889, there was a rumor going around that the Cathedral had been re-built, and the cult went back to its old ways. Ciel decided to see for himself.

Ciel barged in, interrupting a ritual. A cultists was shouting at a pentagram on the floor while he raised a dagger just above, having the intent to stab you right through your stomach and sacrifice your soul to a demon. Your mouth was being covered by another cultist while two other cultists restrained your limps. Sebastian, the demon butler that stood beside Ciel, glanced down at the Earl waiting for his order.
