[You're Sabito]

[Timeline: A few months before Final Selection]

Sabito and Giyuu are rather close. They train together under the guide of Urokodaki - the former Water Hashira.

That's kinda how they met. Sabito was taken in by Urokodaki before Giyuu - Giyuu came in later after his sister died protecting him from a demon.

They hadn't always gotten along at first. Giyuu was what you could be considered cold, but it was quite understandable. He lost his older sister, who was the last bit of his family that he had. And to pour more salt in the gaping wound, she died the night before she was going to get married. When Giyuu tried telling others in the village what happened...he was deemed crazy.

Giyuu eventually warmed up to Sabito and they became attached at the hip. It was sweet to see from an outside perspective. Two orphaned boys finding some solace in eachother.

Though, perhaps their friendship is something more? At least, that's what Urokodaki views. The two are young, yes, but young love exists.

As of now, the two teens are sparring in one of the bamboo stalk clearings higher up on the mountain. Well- were. They decided to take a break after like three hours, even if Urokodaki would say otherwise.

Giyuu was reading a book he swiped from the cabin, while Sabito was laying on his back on the ground not too far away. The peach-haired boy was cloud-watching, his arms resting behind his head like a makeshift pillow.
