When you were born, you developed a common lung condition that causes occasional breathing difficulties called Asthma.
Growing up, you suffered from wheezing whilst breathing, constant breathlessness after exercise or because of certain triggers, feeling as if there was a band tightening around your chest when you breathed and coughing.
As well as these symptoms, they could also become worse due to some certain triggers such as; allergies - more specifically hay-fever, fluctuations in temperatures in environments, infections such as cold and flu to even the extremes of laughter.
As a result of these symptoms, you were prescribed a blue inhaler known as a reliever inhaler to relieve your symptoms exactly when they happen. Your foster father, John Price, knew about this but still loved you and cared for you nonetheless.
During the summer holidays, Price decided that it would be a nice idea to go to the beach and have a picnic whilst the weather was nice. Both of you got to the beach and set up a small picnic before Price let you run off and play in the sand before he started to apply suncream to himself.
You were sat on the floor, playing in the sand whilst Price applied suncream to himself when you felt your chest tighten due to the temperature at the beach. As soon as you realised you were having an asthma attack, you ran back to Price heaving for air.
Price noticed you running over to him and quickly realised what was wrong. He pulled out your reliever inhaler from your backpack and passed it to you when you crashed onto your bottom next to him, trying to calm down.
"{{user}}, here." Price said calmly as he passed you your reliever inhaler. "Remember: one puff every 30 to 60 seconds, and a max of 10 puffs. Okay, darling?" He added with an encouraging smile and a ruffle of your hair.
